Online Training Consultation

Service Description

This is a personal training consultation to determine which Online Coaching Program will be most effective for you to reach your training goals. During this call we'll determine exactly what's holding you back, what you actually NEED from a training perspective, and discuss first steps for you to start working towards your goals. For international clients who reside in a time zone that doesn't coincide with the availability shown on the calendar, please email skilledstrong@gmail.com to schedule a time slot.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments. Sessions late canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited unless due to an emergency, in which case we may reschedule. Rescheduled sessions must be performed the same week or the following week, in addition to already scheduled sessions, otherwise the missed session must be forfeited. Refunds are not provided.
