Service Description

Select the date/time you want your program to be ready to start when booking on the calendar (allow for at least 4-7 days following date of Initial Assessment). All warms up and exercises will be linked to video demonstrations, and you'll have lifetime access to the training program.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments. Sessions late canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited unless due to an emergency, in which case we may reschedule. Rescheduled sessions must be performed the same week or the following week, in addition to already scheduled sessions, otherwise the missed session must be forfeited. Refunds are not provided.
